Iona has lived life at full speed on skis and on horseback and paid for it in equal measure. Broken bones, a cancer diagnosis and relationships that fell apart along the way. Yet every fall taught her the same lesson, that being knocked down is never the end of the story, only the beginning of a better one.
FARM LIFE
Iona now lives on a farm in Australia, where her days are filled with painting, writing, running her nonprofit, speaking at conferences and contributing to BBC Radio 2. But Home Now is where it all comes together: a lively farmhouse she shares with her husband Jeff, ten horses, five dogs, a herd of cows and two very brave cats.

Iona has spent almost a decade in the fast lane of public relations, from the roar of Formula One to steering a global sustainability network for a non profit charity, working closely with high profile individuals along the way.
